    • The application won’t let me move forward. What do I do next?

      If you are not able to move forward please check to make sure you have filled out all required fields and that you have not skipped any steps. If you have filled out all required fields and are still having trouble with moving forward please contact us.

    • I’ve uploaded all of the required documents and eSigned everything. What do I do now?

      Once you have completed your application it typically takes about 2-3 business days for an account executive to contact you. If want to see the status of your application before your account executive reaches out, you may log on to your account.

    • What does “Underwriting” mean?

      Underwriting is the process that takes place when we are looking at your business bank statements / credit profile and background check to assess the health of your business. From there our underwriters can determine your eligibility to receive funding.

    • I am not sure what is being asked for with regard to one of the required documents. Can you clarify?

    • I don’t want to eSign anything before I know what I’m getting into.

      By eSigning you are providing Bizfi with the consent to view your uploaded personal documents in order to assess funding eligibility. This is not a contract.

    • I want to start a business, can you get me funding?

      At this time, we do not provide funding to start a business. To receive funding from Bizfi, your Federal Tax ID must be active for at least 3 months and your business must be generating an average of $10k in gross monthly sales. At this point, Bizfi can work with you to get your business the funding it needs to grow.

    • I have bad credit, can I still get funding?

      Bad credit does not necessarily disqualify you from receiving funding for your business. After looking over bank statements and other required documentation we are better able to evaluate the health of the business and determine whether or not your business qualifies for funding.

    • I want to know if I qualify for funding

      Use the calculator on the homepage and fill out the information as accurately as possible. This will return an estimate of how much your business is eligible to receive.

    • This page says Mortgage, I don’t have a mortgage. What do I do?

      We need to see how much you are paying on the location you run your business out of. If you run the business from your home, that’s fine! You would just need to provide us with the appropriate documentation. Valid documents include any of the following: Lease statements if you are renting, a deed if you own the location, or mortgage documentation.

    • I have uploaded everything and eSigned, now what do I do?

      If you are pre-qualified you will need to provide us with the following information: Monthly gross sales/deposits, length of ownership to date, your full name and DBA. From there we will move forward with the process and work to find you the funding product that best fits the needs of your business.

    • I am having trouble logging in, the site is telling me my email is invalid. Can you help me log in?

      Of course we can! We are happy to assist you with login and any other questions. If you have trouble logging into your account do not hesitate to give us a call so that we can help fix the issue.

    • I want an update on the status of my application.

      Once you create an account you will be able to login and access the dashboard to see the status of your application. If you’d prefer to speak with your funding specialist or customer service team directly, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    • What is Bizfi?

      Bizfi is a fully automated online marketplace designed to provide small businesses with multiple financing options from a wide range of lenders with one easy application. What sets us apart is our proprietary platform technology which allows business owners to get real-time results for multiple product types and the ability to go directly to contract. Every step of the way, business owners are guided by an experienced funding concierge to help with any questions or concerns.

    • Are you a broker?

      No. Brokers exclusively sell other’s products and/or services. We are a marketplace but also have our own funding product that helped us grow into the company we are today. To better serve our customers, we’ve partnered with lenders of different types, diversifying and simplifying your search. Think of us the way you would Progressive, the insurance company. We have our own product that we display for your comparison alongside our competitors so you can make the best choice for your business.

    • I don’t have very good credit. Can you help me?

      Yes. We work with people of all credit profiles. While your credit will affect the options you qualify for, it is typically not the sole determining factor in a final decline. We will make sure you have every option available to you in our space.

    • Can I use this funding to build my credit?

      That depends on the type of product you ultimately qualify for. Some of our products are perfect for building and improving your credit, while others don’t impact your credit at all. Your funding specialist will be able to guide you to the best option should you wish to build or improve your credit.

    • Do you fund startups?

      Startups that have been in operation for at least 3 months and are generating an average of $10,000 in gross monthly sales can qualify for funding. We need at least 3 months of business bank statements reflecting the required amount of monthly revenue to pre-qualify your business for funding.

    • What about if I’m buying an existing business?

      Unless the business has been in your name for at least 3 months and bank statements can show an average of $10,000 in monthly sales we are unable to pre-qualify you for financing at this time.

    • How do I apply?

      To apply, fill out our brief online application. Based on the information provided we will generate pre-qualified offers. After choosing your preferred option, you will receive an email asking you to eSign your application and/or contract. You will then be prompted to upload supporting documents. Once all of your information has been verified, funding can be in your account in as little as 24 hours! For your convenience our funding concierges are available to answer questions or concerns as needed.

    • Do you offer personal or consumer loans?

      We do not offer personal or consumer loans at this time. However, we have a partner that may be able to provide this product for you here.

    • How do I know that my loan application information is secure?

      Bizfi is committed to providing you with a secure online experience that protects your confidential information. Bizfi utilizes bank-level security standards to protect your data. This includes encryption, auditing, logging, backups, and safe-guarding data.

    • How can working with Bizfi be more beneficial for my business than working with a bank?

      Small businesses sometimes have funding needs that are below the minimum that banks are able to provide. Bizfi offers financing options ranging from $3,000 up to $1,000,000. Funding through a bank can take weeks or even months and require collateral. We are able to offer financing products that can get you funded in as little as 24 hours and most options do not require collateral. Our pre-qualification process takes into consideration more than just your credit score. Even if your credit is less than perfect, Bizfi will work to get your business the funding it needs as quickly as possible.

    • Once I am approved for financing how can I access my funds?

      The funds are deposited directly into your business’s bank account via ACH (direct deposit). If you have any questions about this process, please contact us.
